Lunch Meeting - Monday 29 October 2012

Rotary Club of Queenstown, Singapore lunch time meeting this Monday was a good time for fellowship and a review of what took place in the previous week and what the plans are for social and charitable activities in the coming weeks.

President To Chee Kan presented a power point presentation on the District Governor's visit, 1st Club Assembly and the RCQ annual Oktoberfest 2012. It was a great success with support from spouses and children of rotarians. There was a superb spread of delicious hams, sausages, pork knuckle, sauerkraut, prezels as big as pillows.

PP Teo Pok Zin reminded everyone of the impending arrival of past rotarian of RCQ Asnee, an architect and avid watercolourist who will be giving a workshop of artistic skills for RCQ members on Sunday 11 November 2012.

PP Jack Chuang announced the Rotary Flag Day activities to be held on Saturday 10 November 2012 with a list of instructions for the days good works.
All hands to the pump!

Last but not least PE Hans Jaeger thanked Sissy Park for reaching out to the Korean women's association who generously donated funds to kick start PE Hans Jaeger's major project.
